- Discuss Trans-Pacific Medical services to prospective healthcare delivery organizations and professionals in Hospitals, clinics and private practice.
- Subscribe interested parties to services.
- Aid in communicating customer needs.
- Medical Transcriptionist
- Transcribe healthcare provider dictations with required accuracy and completeness.
- Identify problematic areas in dictations that are not well-reflected in generated report documentation.
- Monitor own or team quality performance and generate reports as required.
- Medical Editor
- Resolve issues with transcriptions with identified issues such as incompleteness or unclear terms.
- Identify problematic areas in dictations that are not well-reflected in generated report documentation.
- Monitor Team quality performance and generate reports as required.
- Monitor, record and oversee implementation of customer requirements or specifications.
- Quality Assurance
- Resolve issues with edited transcriptions with identified issues such as incompleteness or unclear terms.
- Identify problematic areas in dictations that cannot be transcribed generated report documentation and the cause for the failure to transcribe such as audio quality failure.
- Monitor Team quality performance and generate reports as required.
- Monitor, record and oversee implementation of customer requirements or specifications.
