Trans-Pacific Medical's USA office is located in Southern California, in the city of Rancho Cucamonga. From here, we are able to serve our Business Partners throughout the North American continent and beyond with timely efficiency through our system of communications, up-to-date web-based technologies, and good, old-fashioned personal service. Our main production office has redundant high-speed Internet facilities and redundant contact systems to ensure seamless contact and services for our business partners. The facility network is custom-designed and built for maximum security, with multiple levels of automated and human-driven access controls and protocols. Data media are stored in our custom-designed and built server and streamed to secure terminals for processing. The secure server is physically maintained in separate, secure area office within the facility. The production office is protected by private security and is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, all year-round.
