File Transfer Method

Trans-Pacific offers a variety of audio and report delivery methods to cater to client preference. Audio files and reports may be delivered to and from Trans-Pacific via:

1. Audio dictations may be created and delivered for transcription via our toll-free telephone dictation number. This is used solely for creation of audio dictations after report documents are delivered via the delivery methods listed below
2. Audio Direct email securely encrypted and decrypted with software provided by Trans-Pacific
3. Secure third-party file transfer service, duly certified
Trans-Pacific Medical's secure, proprietary, web-based file transfer and Transcription Work Flow application

We recommend Trans-Pacific Medical's secure Transcription Work Flow application, as it requires only a good internet connection (DSL, cable) and an up-to-date web browser. No special software needs to be installed on your computer.

Our TransPac medical transcription work flow application provides you a comprehensive array of on-line tools to monitor the progress of your reports on a real-time basis as well as monitor the overall performance of Trans-Pacific Medical's service. Our Transcription Work Flow application presents comprehensive information on all jobs in the production process including:

• Date and time of job creation
• Hours and minutes to report due time
• Work type
• Patient name
• Medical Record Number
• Service location
• Other pertinent information

Our application has built-in Production Report tools that allow users to generate comprehensive reports of:

• Audio minutes
• Total reports
  • By Author
  • By Patient
  • By Site (Hospital, Clinic)
  • By Date
  • By Report Type
  • Any combination of the above
• Total lines produced over any time period that may be specified

For example, a user may wish to review how many audio minutes they generated in a given month, how many reports that resulted in and how lines each report generated individually and in total for that specified period of time. The specified time period can be anywhere from a day to several months or years. Generated reports may then be downloaded and saved in PDF or Excel format, depending on the user's preference.
