System Improvements to TransPAC transcription system
As requested by our Doctors & Medical Records Administrators, we are happy to announce that we have improved your TransPac transcription system experience.

our Search feature once again "auto-completes". Type a name in a search field and in a second or two a list of possible matches will pop-up for you to choose from. You no longer have to get a name spelled perfectly to find a Doctor or Patient.

Search results can also now be batch-printed. Simply check the box on the left margin of your search results and click the "print all" button at the bottom of the page.

Maximizing Medical Transcription Accuracy
3 tips to get the most out of your medical transcription reports

Dictate the date of the study per report. Multiple reports for 1 patient may span different dates. Each report might have different "location" and "referring physician".

If a patient's name is hard to pronounce, kindly spell it out. If a census list has not been transmitted, spelling the patient name will ensure correct demographics.

Maintain consistency with laterality. Late and/or unclear census will be unavailable help in resolving this.

Trans-Pacific Medical Transcription recorded customer-generated quality scores for the time period covering November 2009 to February 2010 and achieved 99.87% on overall report accuracy and 99.90% on overall line accuracy. This is consistent with Trans-Pacific's history of word-of-mouth recommendations being our number one source of new customers.
Trans-Pacific has grown its customer base every year for its -5 years of operations and is currently implementing a major upgrade in it's already rigorous quality protocols.
Aside from Quality initiatives, Trans-Pacific is implementing improvements to overall operations and technology protocols. More updates will be released over the coming weeks.

Trans-Pacific doubled its transcription volume from 2007 to 2009. With 1st Quarter 2009 production at 13% increase over year-end 2008, Trans-Pacific’s growth trend is again strongly positive. Trans-Pacific recevied rave reviews for accuracy, turn-around and customer support in 2007 and that is unchanged in 2008.

Trans-Pacific begins its third year of operations with continued double-digit month on month growth. Maintaining its philosophy of customer-driven improvement, Trans-Pacific is currently developing further enhancements to its proprietary TransPAC workflow software to increase report patient database management efficiency.
